Ahhh, Mizuno.

Ahhh, like deep sigh of relief.  Not Ahhh, like screaming.  :)  They have arrived, my new running shoes!  Love them.  I was fitted for them at Foot Zone in Redmond and then found them for cheaper online.  Boo-yah!  I gave them their first test run (ha ha ha) on Friday and whether it was new shoes or renewed motivation I completed a 5K in 35 minutes.  Still not the fastest, but I am getting better.  If you are in the market for a new running shoe and have a high arch, give them a try!
